I am Alexander J. Valdes Sr., an Army training developer and senior logistics leader with 25 years of military experience. I turn complex operational and organizational requirements into practical learning, performance, and workforce solutions. My work includes curriculum architecture, course and lesson development, assessment, learning technology, implementation, quality assurance, and developer support.

My approach is grounded in real performance: identify the actual problem, design what people need, test assumptions, use evidence and responsible AI to challenge the work, and improve the solution before and after implementation. I hold a BA in Psychology and am completing master’s degrees in Learning Design and Technology and Social Work.
